Liquid Cooling Modules and Integrated Workstation Systems

We design and manufacture liquid cooling hardware for CPU, GPU, server and workstation projects. Choose a cooling module for your existing system or an integrated workstation configuration developed around your requirements.

Choose a Module or an Integrated System

Choose according to whether you need cooling hardware for an existing system or help integrating the workstation as a whole.

Choose a module when…

Your team owns the board, chassis or server architecture and needs us to develop the cooling assembly inside that boundary.

  • Customer controls the final system configuration
  • ThermalBro reviews the agreed cooling hardware and supplier-side checks
  • Best for OEM and platform integration programs

Choose an integrated system when…

You need one agreed workstation configuration with hardware, liquid cooling and system-level integration managed together.

  • System configuration is part of the delivered boundary
  • Workload, chassis, cooling and acceptance conditions are agreed together
  • Best for project-defined workstation programs

Confirm Platform and Mechanical Compatibility

Share the exact processor or board revision, mounting points, component clearances and tube connections. These determine whether a module fits your system.

Useful first-review inputs

  • Platform, processor, GPU, board, server or workstation configuration
  • CAD, drawings, keep-outs and mounting references
  • Heat-load cases and operating conditions
  • Available tube, radiator, pump and service space
  • Parts to be supplied by ThermalBro and connections to your equipment

Customize the Module to Fit Your System

We review changes to the contact area, mounting, tubing, pump and radiator arrangement. Fit and cooling performance are confirmed on the agreed configuration.

From Prototype to Production

We review your requirements, build a prototype and agree the tests needed before pilot and repeat production.

Product Selection FAQ

Direct answers to the questions that usually block the first product decision.

How do I choose the correct ThermalBro product family?

Start with your equipment, heat sources, processor or board, installation space and the parts you need us to supply. We can then recommend the most suitable family.

What is the difference between a cooling module and an integrated workstation system?

A module supplies the cooling assembly for your server, workstation or board. An integrated workstation project brings the enclosure, cooling and agreed hardware configuration together; included components are listed in the quotation.

Can a product be customized for a new platform?

Mounting, cold-plate interfaces, tubing, radiator and pump arrangements, assembly details and identification can be reviewed where the project allows. Compatibility and performance remain specific to the approved configuration and test conditions.

What files are useful for an initial review?

Platform or processor information, CAD or drawings, keep-outs, mounting points, heat-load cases, routing space and the required supply boundary are the most useful starting inputs.

Can we start with a prototype?

Yes. We can build a prototype to check fit, tube routing, assembly and agreed performance targets before planning pilot or repeat production.

What if I am unsure which product route fits?

Send a brief description of your equipment, cooling needs, available space and project stage. We will help select a product family and ask for any missing details.
