Start with the equipment, heat sources or estimated load, available space, quantity and project stage. Share drawings if they are ready; we can ask for further details after the first discussion.
Can we discuss an NDA before sending drawings?
Yes. Tell us that the project includes restricted information before sending confidential files so the appropriate NDA and file-sharing route can be discussed.
What if I do not know which product category fits?
Describe your equipment, cooling problem and the components you need supplied. We will help you choose between a module, integrated workstation system or custom machining project.
Can I ask about both prototypes and production?
Yes. Tell us your current stage and expected quantity. We can discuss prototype requirements first, then the drawings, inspection and schedule needed for production.
