Mechanical fit
Check envelope, mounting, keep-outs, radiator position and tube movement.
We build samples for server, GPU and workstation cooling projects. Prototypes let your team check installation, fluid connections, assembly and agreed thermal performance before committing to repeat production.

A fit sample checks installation, while a functional or thermal sample tests how the assembly operates. Materials and build details are selected for the checks you need.
Check envelope, mounting, keep-outs, radiator position and tube movement.
Check ports, connectors, tube route, assembly state and service access.
Test the specified assembly at agreed heat loads, coolant flow and ambient conditions.
Review machining, joining, assembly, inspection and repeatability concerns.
Include the drawing revision, sample quantity and planned checks. We will confirm the materials, manufacturing work and test setup needed for the sample.
Ready to discuss a sample?
Share the latest files, quantity, required checks and the result your team needs.
The sample is made to the agreed files, with its revision and assembly details recorded so test results can be traced to the correct build.
Review drawings, manufacturing requirements and unresolved design details.
Match material and process to the sample purpose.
Machine, join and assemble the approved sample scope.
Keep revision and assembly state visible.
Complete the agreed dimensional, assembly or performance checks.

Useful test results identify the sample, setup and operating conditions. We agree factory checks with your team; the complete equipment still needs testing in its intended environment.
| Prototype question | Checks and results | Details to agree |
|---|---|---|
| Does it fit and install? | Fit review, mounting and keep-out observations | Exact chassis, board revision and service sequence |
| Are fluid interfaces suitable? | Assembly, tube route and agreed leak or pressure checks | Method, medium, condition, duration and criteria |
| Does it meet the thermal target? | Temperatures or thermal result under a defined operating point | Load, coolant, flow, ambient, fan/pump state and measurement points |
| Can it move toward production? | Build observations and critical-feature review | Approved version, inspection plan and production quantity |
For a complete test brief, review Testing & Reliability.
After testing, we discuss whether to proceed, revise the design or repeat a test with a different setup. The next build uses the agreed changes and drawing revision.
The sample meets the agreed requirements. Confirm the drawings, component list and inspection plan for production.
A fit, interface, performance or build issue is recorded and the affected files are updated before another sample.
The setup or criteria did not answer the intended question. Agree the missing conditions before repeating work.
The prototype deliverables can include the sample, drawing revision, build notes and agreed test records. Continue to Manufacturing & Assembly when the design is ready for production review.
We need an agreed drawing revision, key interfaces, sample purpose and test requirements. Any remaining design assumptions should be identified before the build.
Timing depends on file completeness, design maturity, material availability, machining or joining complexity, sample quantity, test scope and the number of review cycles.
Yes, we can assess single-sample and small-batch projects. Price and feasibility depend on the part design, manufacturing work and tests required.
Tests are not a fixed bundle. Fit, leak, pressure, thermal or other checks are agreed according to the sample purpose, conditions, acceptance criteria and quotation.
Not automatically. The approved revision, BOM, critical features, assembly process, inspection, testing, packaging and production quantity still require a manufacturing-readiness review.
Share your files, sample quantity, timing and planned checks. We will review the build and testing work needed for a useful prototype.
