Liquid Cooling Solutions for High-Heat Computing

Different systems create different thermal and mechanical challenges. We develop liquid cooling solutions around how the equipment operates, how much heat it produces and how it will be installed and maintained.

Engineering and Manufacturing in One Team

Our engineering, CNC machining, assembly and testing teams work together to turn cooling designs into prototypes and repeat production.

  1. 5,000m²

Production base Our production base brings machining, assembly, inspection and production transfer together in one location.

  2. 10R&D

About 10 R&D engineers Our engineering team supports product fit, cooling layout, prototype development and design improvements.

  3. 30CNC

CNC machines In-house CNC capacity helps us maintain better control over key copper and aluminum components.

  4. 100+ODM

ODM projects We have supported more than 100 projects involving different platforms, designs and customer approval requirements.

  5. 15days

Typical prototype lead time About 15 business days after requirements and drawings are ready; timing depends on design complexity, materials and tests.

Start with the Project Information You Already Have

Start with a board file, enclosure drawing, heat-load estimate or short project description. We will review what is available and ask for the details needed next.

From Custom Design to Repeat Production

We agree the requirements, develop the cooling design, build and test a prototype, then prepare the approved configuration for production.

01

Understand the Requirements

We begin with the hardware, heat load, available space, connections, expected quantity and project schedule.

Project brief
02

Develop the Solution

Our engineers prepare the cooling layout, review product fit and manufacturability, and confirm the proposed configuration.

03

Build the Prototype

We manufacture and assemble the first working sample using the approved design and materials.

04

Test and Improve

Our team checks leakage, pressure and thermal performance under the agreed test conditions, then completes any required design changes.

05

Confirm the Pilot Build

We use the pilot batch to confirm assembly steps, inspection points, packaging and customer-system fit.

ThermalBro FAQs

Here are our answers to the questions engineers and sourcing teams commonly ask before starting a liquid cooling project.

What liquid cooling products does ThermalBro manufacture?
We manufacture custom CPU and GPU cooling modules, server liquid cooling modules, workstation cooling modules and integrated liquid-cooled workstation systems. Our CNC team also produces drawing-defined copper and aluminum components.
Can you customize a module for our board or chassis?
Yes. We develop custom modules around the board revision, mounting layout, available space, heat load, fittings and tubing route. Our engineers will review the complete hardware information before confirming compatibility.
What information should we send first?
You can start with the information already available, such as CAD files, board drawings, CPU or GPU details, heat load, space limits, coolant requirements and expected quantity. We will identify any missing information during the initial review.
How quickly can ThermalBro produce a prototype?
Our typical custom prototype reference is about 15 business days after the main requirements have been confirmed. The actual schedule depends on design complexity, materials, file completeness and testing requirements.
How do you test liquid cooling products?
We conduct leak inspection on every applicable liquid cooling product before delivery. Depending on the project, our team can also perform pressure, thermal performance, aging and environmental testing.
Can you support production after prototype approval?
Yes. We support pilot builds, manufacturing setup, inspection planning, repeat production, final testing, packaging and delivery for approved products.
