Liquid Cooling Solution FAQ

Answers about our supply scope, customization and the testing needed for the finished equipment.

Does ThermalBro provide complete data-center or facility cooling infrastructure?
Our main products are cold plates, liquid cooling modules and integrated workstation cooling systems. Rack distribution, CDUs, facility piping and site commissioning are not included unless expressly agreed in the project scope.
How do we choose between a cooling module and an integrated system?
Choose a module when your team is integrating the cooling hardware into its own equipment. An integrated workstation system is suitable when you need a broader cooling assembly supplied around an agreed workstation configuration.
Can a project start before all CAD files are ready?
Yes. Start with the equipment type, heat sources, workload, available envelope, current cooling architecture and project stage. We will identify the drawings and operating conditions still required before design release.
Does ThermalBro support OEM and ODM liquid cooling projects?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM design, prototypes and production. Customization, order quantity, timing and test records depend on the product and project requirements.
What validation evidence can be discussed during a solution review?
We can discuss dimensional inspection, leak and pressure checks, and flow or thermal testing. The test setup, conditions and pass criteria are agreed for the specific component or module.
Does a component test report certify a medical device, robot or laser system?
No. A component or module report answers the agreed component-level questions. The finished-equipment manufacturer remains responsible for applicable standards, risk management, safety functions and complete-system validation.
